Ronnie Johnson of Chattanooga, Tenn. captured Dixie’s 46th Anniversary Super Late Model victory
Johnson has won hundreds of races across the country but it’s been 21 long years since he got his picture made in the Historic Dixie Speedway’s winner’s circle! “It’s been a long time coming,” Johnson said. “It really means a lot to me to win here at Dixie. I plan to race here when I can this season and also up at Rome.” TJ Reaid of Acworth Ga qualified on the pole and led over half of the 30 lap Super Late Model Feature. Johnson edged closer throughout the race, taking the lead on lap 19 to never look back. Dixie has had nine Super Late Model races this season with nine different winners. Top 5 finishers– 1.
